Hong Manley is a well established director of photography who has worked for a wide range of clients including drama and features for T. Music, and videos for artists such as Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, The Beautiful South and Take That. Hong is also responsible for shooting The Good News Group feature film titled “The Baby Doll Night” which is the biggest budget movie in the middle east to date.

Hong is a diverse director of photography, completing many feature films, commercials, music videos throughout his career as a director of photography, across a number of formats that range from analogue tape, 16mm, and film up to the latest digital technologies, however Hong have particular expertise in 35mm film and lighting anything from pack shots to large-scale sets.

Hong has worked with foreign film crews consistently across a variety of projects as a directory of photography in Canada, China, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Italy India, Lithuania, Russia, Romania, South Africa, Turkey, USA, Spain, Syria, Portugal, Malta, & Australia and has also completed a number of projects as a director of photography in more diverse locations such as the Sahara, Death Valley, The Alps and the Himalayas.
